Well, this is a regular thing in blogosphere where people exchange blogroll places. Having more links to your blog helps your rankings, you know...
I liked that. I recently gave a talk at Barcamp bangalore on blogging tips and tricks. one of the points were to do shameless self selling. I think this guy might be someone who attended my spech. :-) hehe
btw it will be fantastic if you can please publish your RSS feed fully instead of just partial. Please let your users read your blog the way they want. You can do this on your settings tab > feed.
